David’s experience, an extensive background in both private and public sectors, coupled with his demonstrated proficiency in planning, budgeting, design, and contract administration, makes him an asset to our team.
David’s career highlights include successfully collaborating on a $16 million publicly funded infrastructure construction project for a 90-acre mixed-use development. He also managed the design and construction of a $220 million mixed-use development project, coordinating efforts among design teams, contractors, and local approving agencies.
Additionally, he facilitated the establishment of a wetland and stream riparian corridor, enabling permit development to proceed between public entities and the private sector. His ability to manage large-scale projects spanning multiple jurisdictions is a testament to his exceptional project coordination skills.
David is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ohio and Kentucky. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton, where he is currently an adjunct professor.
