Dean Koleada has more than 21 years of experience in civil engineering for various types of land development and public infrastructure projects in Oklahoma and Texas. He has served as a Project Manager and Lead Design Engineer for a wide range of public and private projects. Mr. Koleada has extensive experience in single family, multi-family, master planned communities, site development, retail, senior living facilities, and mixed use projects. In addition, he has performed engineering services on numerous public infrastructure projects including major roadways, storm sewer/drainage systems, detention and water quality facilities, water distribution systems, water main extensions/relocations, waste water gravity systems, wastewater force mains and pump stations, and hydrological and hydraulic flood studies. Dean has experience in engineering design, project management, construction plan production/oversight, project coordination, contract management, scheduling, and construction management. He has provided engineering services for numerous private developers, city municipalities, tribal organizations, and federal organizations.
