Mr. Donald Groesser is a professional land surveyor with more than 40 years of experience in all phases of land surveying operations, including research, fieldwork, construction control and staking, boundary analysis, legal descriptions, and completion of final plats and documents for ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, route surveys, pipeline surveys, aerial control surveys, preparation of various statutory plats and other conveyance documents. He has held positions from entry-level rod man, instrument technician, survey technician, project manager, department manager, and small business owner.
