He specializes in safety projects, long-range and corridor planning, transit, and transportation finance. In his previous roles, he assembled and oversaw project teams to deliver innovative results to clients across the country. Doug also has work experience in highways, traffic engineering, bridge design and inspection, construction inspection, roadways, drainage, and airports.
