Bio

Mr. Tiemann has over 39 years of experience with design and construction experience in site civil and surveying of large infrastructure projects, roadway projects, storm and sanitary sewers and water main projects. He is responsible for scheduling, coordination, communication, issue tracking, design oversight, service delivery, and implementation of those projects. He has worked on numerous projects involving municipal and governmental entities with funding sources such as T-21, ISTEA, BRO, FAU, and FHWA. Mr. Tiemann is a licensed Professional Engineer and licensed Professional Surveyor in the State of Missouri, as well as licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states.  Doug resides in St. Charles County, Missouri.
