Mr. Watson is a highly regarded environmental professional with expertise in all facets of environmental, health, and safety compliance, air pollution permitting (including CAA Title V and NSR/PSD permitting), air pollution dispersion modeling, RACT/BACT/MACT/LAER studies, regulatory compliance auditing, determination of emissions inventories, air pollution testing, software development, SARA reporting and compliance, waste minimization, hazardous waste management, SPCC, SWPPP, Phase I through III environmental site assessments and wastewater management.  He also designed a commercially available environmental management system, EMACT (Environmental Management and Compliance Tool) including installation and implementation of the software at each customer location providing ongoing support as needed.  Mr. Watson has experience in every aspect of an EHS business from birth of a new company with significant sales and marketing experience to business management, accounting, budgeting, and collections.
