As Project Manager in the Nashville Civil/Site group, Mr. Stokes’ responsibilities include hydrologic modeling, water quality design, low impact development, site plan design and review, erosion and sediment control design, stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) development, and regulatory permitting. He has diverse experience working with commercial, industrial, residential, and municipal clients.
