Mr. Welch has experience in the environmental investigation and remediation industry and is a Licensed Professional Geologist in Tennessee and Indiana.

Mr. Welch is experienced in site investigation, delineation, and remediation of soil and groundwater contamination at sites impacted by an array of environmental contaminants of concern including: volatile and semi-volatile organic compounds, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, metals, and polychlorinated biphenyls. Sites include manufactured gas plants, plating facilities, steel/aluminum manufacturing facilities, petroleum fueling stations, and United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) Superfund Sites.

Mr. Welch is knowledgeable in the U.S. EPA Superfund framework, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), as well as, State led investigation/remediation programs.
