Ms. List has over 14 years of experience designing, implementing, and auditing environmental regulatory compliance programs for complex industrial and power generation operations, including power plants; food processing, chemical, and industrial manufacturing facilities, and surface operations of long-wall mines. She supports organizations in reducing compliance risk exposure and strengthening environmental management systems through practical, audit-ready solutions. Her expertise includes leading comprehensive multi-media environmental compliance audits, permitting and licensing activities, developing procedures and training materials, and regulatory reporting. She has completed comprehensive environmental compliance audits in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, Georgia, Texas, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, California, and Washington. Her experience includes program areas such as hazardous, residual, and universal waste management; hazardous and radioactive material transportation under USDOT regulations; industrial wastewater and stormwater discharge to surface waters and publicly-owned treatment works; air quality; aboveground storage tanks; radiation protection programs; chemical reporting under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act; management of mixed waste (hazardous and radioactive); and others.
