Bio

Jacob has extensive experience as a hydrologist and engineer. This includes hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and design including the use of modeling programs such as HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, StormCAD, WaterCAD, and FLO-2D. He is familiar with local, state, and federal regulations in both the private and public sectors, including Section 404 of the Clean Water Act and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure plans. Projects have included regional flood studies, drainage studies, drainage design and specifications, storm drain design, utility conflict analysis and design, water systems design, and sewer design.
