Mr. Sondhe has more than 25 years of experience in construction surveying and construction services management. Jai has built his career delivering high-quality surveying and construction support services across a wide range of project types, including industrial, commercial, residential, and public-sector developments. 

His notable project experience includes several high-profile developments throughout Indiana, such as the Indiana Convention Center and Hotel in downtown Indianapolis, the Eli Lilly manufacturing facility in Lebanon, the Walmart Mt. Comfort e-commerce distribution center, and the FedEx Airport Expansion at Indianapolis International Airport. Across these projects, he worked closely with owners, contractors, and engineers to provide accurate layout, as-built surveys, and verification services—often navigating constantly evolving plans and tight construction timelines.
