Bio

Mr. Cooley is a Professional Surveyor with over 15 years of progressive experience in the land surveying profession. He has provided project scoping, budgeting, scheduling, field oversight, and QA/QC on a wide range of survey projects. Throughout his career he has performed many types of surveys including but not limited to: Boundary, Topographic, ALTA/NSPS, Railroad, Bathometric, Route, Construction, Subdivision, Video (TV) Pipe Inspections, FEMA Map Modification Flood Studies, High Definition Scanning, and Environmental Remediation. These surveys have been performed utilizing conventional total stations, robotics, Global Positioning Systems (GPS), LiDAR scanners, and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV). Mr. Cooley has also performed surveys outside of the states in Australia, South Africa, and the Marshal Islands. Having a wide range of experience, with many types of survey projects, Mr. Cooley can meet any survey need and provide valuable solutions for survey obstacles to complete projects in a precise and timely manner.
