James is a California-licensed Professional Geologist and Certified Hydrogeologist with experience in environmental consulting. His background includes site investigations, remediation, hydrogeology, landfill compliance, and regulatory coordination across California and the western United States.

James has extensive experience in groundwater monitoring and remediation, hazardous and solid waste management, and long-term compliance programs. He has also led large-scale wildfire recovery and emergency response efforts, overseeing environmental assessment and cleanup activities across thousands of sites.

In addition to his technical work, he has managed major programs and contracts, supported regulatory strategy, and worked closely with clients to navigate complex environmental requirements.
