Mr. Smith has more than 24 years of broad-based site development and project management experience for governmental, industrial, residential, educational, and commercial clients. He is experienced in many aspects of land development, including hydrology and hydraulics, grading and earthwork analysis, roadway and subdivision designs, water distribution and sanitary sewer design, erosion and sedimentation control, permitting, and construction administration. Project stormwater management designs have included wet ponds, dry ponds, underground detention systems, and infiltration basins. As a Principal in the Knoxville office, Mr. Smith is able to draw from his years of experience to develop practical, team-focused, solutions, with the ultimate goal of delivering each project on time and within budget.
