Bio

Jeff is a civil engineer with experience working on numerous transportation, municipal, urban revitalization, infrastructure, waste management, brownfield redevelopment, and energy projects throughout Ohio. Jeff has prepared design and layout plans for roadway, sidewalk, and multi-use paths, performed numerous stormwater, sanitary sewer, and water line designs, performed several landfill designs, prepared brownfield demolition and remediation work plans and drawings, and written many construction documentation reports. He has completed hundreds of field inspections including site investigations, roadway evaluations, earthwork/utility/roadway construction inspection, demolition, geomembrane installation QA/QC, geotechnical explorations, and landfill & slope inspections. He has performed a wide variety of sampling and testing activities, including pavement cores, nuclear density testing, surface water sampling, soil sampling (geotechnical and environmental), and geotechnical laboratory testing.
