Bio
Jeffrey Nason is a licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania. Jeff has been working as a civil engineer for over 20 years. Prior to joining CEC he worked for 11 years in the Philadelphia region specializing in subdivision and land development projects. Jeff has spent the last 11 years in Bradford County, PA providing engineering services to a mixture of oil & gas, municipal, and private sector clients.
Mr. Nason’s experience with subdivisions and land development work includes sketch plan preparation, site layout, site grading, stormwater and E&S control design, municipal applications, municipal meetings, and final plan preparation. He has also provided professional testimony in support of conditional use and special exception and zoning variance applications.
Mr. Nason has assisted multiple municipalities with various projects including water main replacements, sanitary sewer upgrades, storm sewer upgrades and roadway redesigns.
Mr. Nason’s permitting knowledge includes Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permits for Discharge of Stormwater During Construction Activities; PADEP Chapter 105 Water Obstructions and Encroachment General Permits; Joint Application for PADEP Chapter 105 Water Obstructions and Encroachment General Permit and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Section 404 Permit; County Conservation District E&S Permitting; and Municipal and State Highway Occupancy Permits.
