Bio

Mr. Ruch, P.E., has more than 44 years of experience in consulting engineering for industrial manufacturing, automotive, commercial, and government clients, specializing in project management/administration and site engineering.

Mr. Ruch has technical expertise includes commercial site design, erosion and sedimentation control design, grading plans and soil borrow studies, storm drainage design, stormwater detention, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan preparation, engineering specifications, and more. He has previously served as a project engineer, department manager, project manager, and office manager. Jeff has completed work on several projects for the Ohio Department of Transportation, many educational facilities, hospitals, and more.

Mr. Ruch has a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Toledo. He is a licensed professional engineer in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio and a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers.
