Mr. Shaver has more than 21 years of civil engineering, water resources, and project management experience in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Shaver has extensive experience in capital improvement projects, municipal engineering, hydraulic design of bridges/culverts, floodplain management, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis with GIS and CAD integration, watershed analysis and planning, floodplain management, Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) permitting, FEMA flood impact studies and map revisions, dam breach modeling and emergency action planning, storm water collection systems, detention systems, stormwater pump stations, NPDES storm water quality design and permitting compliance, site development design, regulatory permitting, cost estimating, and construction administration.
