Bio

Jennifer Rickford O’Brien is an EI with over seven years of environmental engineering experience in the manufacturing industries. Projects have included permit renewals or acquirement (CWA and CAA), environmental plan preparation (SWPPP, SPCC, PAP, BMP), environmental regulatory submittals (EPCRA Tier II, Form R, hazardous waste reports, annual air emissions reports), detailed environmental regulatory compliance audits.  She has also assisted with several remediation projects and conducted Phase I Environmental Site Assessments.

She also has a special emphasis in environmental regulations and permitting, environmental compliance, sustainability, remediation, and restoration.
