Bio

Mr. Zlogar has 36 years of proven environmental experience, which spans both private industry (Texaco USA and LyondellBasell) and professional consulting. More than three decades of experience enables Mr. Zlogar to provide clients with definitive, seasoned judgement based on best practices and lessons learned. He has managed and directed regulatory affairs and achieved compliance under a broad array of environmental statutes including RCRA, CERCLA, CAA, CWA, and EPCRA.

In addition, Mr. Zlogar has served as a global key account manager in a client-facing role and supported strategic remediation alliance agreements. He previously served as a National Account Manager (NAM) for CITGO Petroleum and ExxonMobil Corporation where he was responsible for excellence in service delivery across the enterprise and achieving organizational goals, objectives, and business priorities.

Mr. Zlogar brings strong communication, leadership, and client management skills to your business challenges.  He has been responsible for service delivery on remediation and compliance related environmental projects. In this role, he has assisted clients in developing site strategies, assuring safety work practices, and achieving excellence in project delivery by meeting schedule, budgetary and quality management objectives.

In addition, Mr. Zlogar has strong professional reputation and an excellent working relationship with key regulatory officials at IEPA and U.S. EPA Region 5 Chicago, built on a foundation of mutual respect and earned trust.  Mr. Zlogar has been appointed to serve on many major trade associations in environmental leadership capacities across the State of Illinois, including regulatory affairs committees at a national level.
