Mr. Loera has nearly 4 years of experience in the Civil Engineering and Water/Wastewater Engineering field. The scope of services featured in Mr. Loera’s career is water/wastewater plant improvements, water/wastewater utility improvements, recreational public park and water facilities, electrical plant upgrades, storm water/drainage improvements, public/private transportation and street/pavement infrastructure which all have provided Project Management, Design, Bidding, Construction Management, Observation and Administration for various municipalities across Texas.
