Mr. Frodge leads a team of ecologists providing GIS, Section 404/401, Endangered Species Act, and NPDES permitting/compliance services, operating in the Midwestern U.S. He has provided permitting consultation, regulatory compliance, and GIS services on a wide variety of projects including: Midstream and Transmission Pipelines, Electric Transmission/Substations, Regional/State/Multi-State Transportation, Federal Infrastructure, Regulatory Compliance Audits, Phase I/II ESA, Ecological Surveys and Wetland Delineation, Hydro-modeling, stream restoration, storm water design and inspections, and Phase I/II/III Archaeological Investigation.
