Ms. Astroth is an ecologist with extensive work experience in environmental compliance, biological assessment, and environmental planning. She has lead and supported jurisdictional wetland and stream delineations, Clean Water Act Section 404/401 permitting, wetland and stream mitigation monitoring, regulatory agency coordination, NEPA documentation, aquatic habitat evaluations, fish and aquatic macroinvertebrate surveys, endangered species evaluations, water quality sampling, vegetation surveys, and database management for commercial businesses and both state and federal agencies. Ms. Astroth has served as the project manager and permitting specialist on many projects involving impacts to surface waters within Missouri and Illinois, as well as other Midwest states.
