Dr. Kaylin McDermett is an Environmental Engineer in Training (EIT) with specialized expertise in PFAS fate and transport, forensic investigation, and site characterization. During her time as an environmental consultant, she has contributed to a variety of projects involving source identification, conceptual site model (CSM) development, and remediation of sites impacted with PFAS and other organic pollutants managed under CERCLA, RCRA, and other programs. She has also led regulatory compliance projects focused on PFAS product stewardship, TSCA reporting, and due diligence regulations at both the federal and state level. Kaylin couples her PFAS analytical and research background with her experiences at the field level to provide unique and practical strategies that offer clients actionable plans to approach PFAS site investigation, remediation, and regulatory compliance concerns.
