Ms. Rieger has experience as an environmental professional with specialized expertise in natural resource permitting and conducting environmental assessments for linear utility projects. She has led multidisciplinary teams from project feasibility through planning and construction stages.

Ms. Rieger also has extensive experience working with federal, state and local agencies including USACE, USFWS and FERC, to oversee and verify projects are operating in compliance with applicable regulations and laws.
