Mr. Kruszynski provides landfill gas expertise across all of CEC’s offices. Mr. Kruszynski has over 36 years of experience in client business development, professional engineering design and permitting services, construction and project management of industrial projects. Technical expertise includes professional engineering design services for the extraction, transmission, separation, dehydration, filtration, compression, beneficial utilization, electrical power generation, and combustion of natural gas, landfill gas, and digester gases.

Mr. Kruszynski has had complete responsibility for the project management, system performance, environmental compliance, budget and schedule on over 150 engineering design and construction projects. Mr. Kruszynski has provided on-site construction project management and directed the activities and administration of construction crews, compiled construction as-built survey information, and prepared and submitted construction quality assurance (CQA) certification reports.
