Laura Wible is a Principal in our Civil/Site development practice. She is licensed in 15 states and has more than 21 years of civil engineering experience. She has a robust background in both plan development and regulatory document preparation. Laura has successfully led numerous projects in the industrial, commercial, and residential land development sectors.

Her expertise includes Storm Water Management; Erosion and Sediment Control; Site Development Plans; Roadway Design Plans; Utility Layout; and Grading and Drainage Plans.

She is adept at regulatory document development and preparation including: ESCGP Permits; Water Obstruction and Encroachment Permits; Stream and Wetland Crossing Permits; NPDES Permits; Highway Occupancy Permits and Bonding; Land Development and Zoning Application; and Roadway User Maintenance Agreements.

With a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and regulatory aspects of civil engineering, Laura is dedicated to delivering high-quality engineering solutions to her clients. She has worked as an overall program manager for multiple clients and is well versed in seeing multiple projects through to completion using multiple teams simultaneously. Her leadership and expertise make her an invaluable asset to any project team.
