Ms. Mash has over 25 years of professional experience in the environmental consulting industry specializing in National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance, Endangered Species Act (ESA) Section 7 and 10 consultation, and environmental permitting support in coordination with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Environmental Protection Agency, (EPA), U.S. Air Force, and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). As Senior Project Manager, Ms. Mash has had full responsibility for the successful completion of services in support of Environmental Impact Statements (EISs)/Environmental Assessments (EAs), Environmental Review Records (ERRs), and Habitat Conservation Programs (HCPs), including oversight of a complex project team, work product development; coordination with lead agencies at the federal, state, and local level; and overall management of the NEPA or environmental review process. She has helped numerous clients navigate the complex NEPA environmental review processes by combining documentation into one document that complies with both state and federal requirements, focusing on those issues that are truly significant. This helps to streamline coordination with other regulatory agencies and interested stakeholders and reduce unnecessary burdens and project delays.
