Ms. Guinee has more than 35 years experience in environmental consulting, including 20 years of conducting and managing Environmental Assessments of commercial and industrial real estate and creating multi-discipline team approaches to addressing clients due diligence concerns during real estate transactions. Mary leads the Pittsburgh office’s efforts in legacy PA Act 2 (Brownfields) redevelopment projects and she is the Strategic Development Officer for the 31 office Corporation.
