Mr. Hammer has environmental consulting and project management experience for development, energy, industrial, solid waste, public and private clients. Mr. Hammer’s technical experience spans geologic site characterization to predictive modeling to data management and emergency response. He has led contaminated sites though the Ohio Voluntary Action Program and through RCRA Closure. Mr. Hammer has managed time-sensitive, critical water resources supply and permitting program throughout Ohio for water-intensive industry use. He has served as an expert witness in court-supervised legal mediation in groundwater resource disputes. Mr. Hammer also has extensive experience obtaining and administering JobsOhio and Ohio Department of Development grants for environmental and site-readiness efforts at sites ranging from a few acres to over 1,000 acres across northern Ohio.
