Matt is a Project Manager in the Civil Department. He is a seasoned land development consultant with over 13 years of dedicated experience. By combining expertise in both Landscape Architecture and Civil Engineering disciplines, he is able to seamlessly integrate creativity and practicality.

He oversees diverse projects, from urban parks to community revitalization efforts. Matt specializes in outdoor recreation and tourism planning, where his designs harmonize with nature and enhance outdoor experiences for all. He has been involved in multiple economic development projects, spanning both long- and short-term strategies for thriving regions. Whether public or private, he navigates regulations and balances economic and community needs.

Matt is licensed to practice Landscape Architecture in West Virginia and Pennsylvania and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Mr. Pizatella has a holistic approach and is dedicated to sustainable development.
