Max Peters is a civil engineer with experience in civil design and project management specializing in the design and permitting of solid waste facilities, including preparing annual revenue projects for clients as part of corporate business plan preparation. Reviewing client needs for various projects preparing scope of work and fee for proposals. Overseeing project design and client relations throughout the project life cycle. Project management responsible for project direction, scheduling, and staffing for solid waste design and permitting projects. Directing and overseeing staff through the preparation of plans, calculations, and reports for various projects as well as responsibility for oversight and direction of junior staff in the preparation of construction drawings for public bid for the construction of landfill expansion and capping projects. Core project elements included subgrade grading, liner system design, leachate collection and conveyance system design, cell access roads and stormwater management design, landfill capping systems including capping membrane selection, design of the capping cover and low maintenance permanent stabilization, and design of stormwater conveyance and control systems.
