Megan Ponzo, P.E. has supported a diverse range of environmental compliance and engineering projects for various clients in the manufacturing and energy industries and has been responsible for compliance with a multitude of environmental regulations, including CWA, SPCC, RCRA, and CAA. Ms. Ponzo has managed as well as executed NPDES permit renewals, erosion and sedimentation control design, construction stormwater permit applications, routine sampling and inspections for compliance with existing permits, and development of SPCC plans, Facility Response Plans, SWPPPs, RCRA Contingency Plans, and PPC plans. She has also performed numerous constructability reviews to infuse construction knowledge into the design and permitting process.
