Mr. Theone is a professional engineer with experience in land development including project management, site plan design, grading and drainage, water quality, stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation control design, small and large roadway design, utility design/coordination, and traffic control plan design. He ensures projects stay within budget and on schedule, while being responsive and maintaining excellent communication with his clients.
