Bio

Mr. Archer has over 29 years of diverse experience providing civil engineering and environmental services for public, private, municipal and governmental clients.  Mr. Archer has served as numerous roles for a variety of projects/clients, including site development, transportation, infrastructure, and oil & gas projects within Pennsylvania and surrounding states.  In that role, he has provided such services as roadway geometry design, site grading, stormwater collection and conveyance system design, stormwater management design, erosion and sediment control plan preparation and securing of permit approval, utility relocation and avoidance coordination, cultural resources coordination, client / plan representation at public meetings, development of project bid documents including specifications and cost estimates, and coordination with securing of approvals from numerous regulatory agencies.
