Naureen Dar, P.E. is a transportation engineering and project management expert who has supported complex infrastructure initiatives for transportation agencies nationwide throughout her career.
Naureen has significant experience across highway, bridge, and transportation projects, including major roadway rehabilitation and improvement projects, interchange and traffic operations studies, design-build delivery, and more. Her background also includes transportation planning, construction contract administration, value engineering, and federal-aid program management. She has worked extensively with state departments of transportation, the Federal Highway Administration, and local agencies to advance projects through planning, funding, design, and construction.
Naureen’s extensive career includes work on some of Ohio’s largest and most complex transportation projects, including the $350 million Opportunity Corridor project in Cleveland, the $256 million I-480 Design-Build project, and the $225 million I-75 improvements in Wood County. She has also contributed to major transportation initiatives and federal funding programs nationwide, including BUILD, INFRA, TIGER, and other Federal-Aid programs.
