Mr. Bennett is a registered Professional Engineer and Principal with Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) where he serves as the corporate leader of the Real Estate Market Group. As a consulting organization, CEC focuses its operations on market groups with support from all of the firm’s multi-disciplined practices. As a market group leader, Mr. Bennett is responsible for identifying trends and opportunities in the various Real Estate submarkets, as well as developing, implementing, and monitoring strategies and initiatives for growing market share and revenues. Using his experience, along with market knowledge and long-term client relationships, Mr. Bennett leads CEC’s Real Estate market activities with a focus on new practices/capabilities, strategic new hires, geographic expansion, and business development initiatives.

Mr. Bennett has has 28 years of local and national land development experience for commercial, retail, educational, industrial, and municipal projects. He brings an extensive background in programmatic real estate projects, as well as technical expertise and most importantly a client-first service attitude to the role.
