Mr. Corless is a Principal and the Practice Lead for Surveying/Geospatial Services in the Charlotte NC office. Mr. Corless is a licensed professional land surveyor in the states of CT, FL, MD, NC and NY and has more than 36 years of professional experience in all phases of land surveying and mapping covering public and private sector, commercial and residential markets. Mr. Corless has expertise in the areas of ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys for commercial interests and project management. As a Principal at CEC, Mr. Corless’ responsibilities include overseeing boundary and topographic surveys, construction project stakeout, survey calculations, deed/title research, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, project management services and all related survey mapping.
