Mr. Kanouff leads the ecological practice group in CEC’s Monroeville office and has over 20 years of experience conducting ecological surveys and preparing various federal and state permits in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. His experience includes wetland and stream permitting, wetland and stream delineations, wetland mitigation monitoring, the collection and identification of fish and benthic macroinvertebrate specimens, water management planning, threatened and endangered species surveys and reviews, and groundwater and surface water sampling.
