As the Corporate Oil & Gas Market Lead, Mr. Staudenmeier develops and leads corporate initiatives that are focused on our Oil & Gas clients’ needs, providing service excellence, and developing personal business relationships. Mr. Staudenmeier’s technical focus is Ecological Services, specializing in areas including, but not limited to routing/siting, wetland delineations, threatened and endangered species consultation, cultural resources consultation, Section 401/404 permitting, wetland and stream mitigation, and post-construction wetland and stream monitoring. Mr. Staudenmeier has worked on site development projects for nearly all components of upstream and midstream Oil & Gas development but has focused primarily on pipelines. He has worked on projects for at least 35 different E&P, midstream, and transmission operators in various states. Further, Mr. Staudenmeier has been directly involved in the routing, wetland delineations and permitting of hundreds of miles of pipeline.
In addition to his Oil & Gas experience, Mr. Staudenmeier has served as the Section 401/404 permitting lead on numerous commercial real estate development and wetland and stream mitigation projects. This includes, but is not limited to, Individual Section 404 Permits, various Nationwide Permits, Section 401 Certifications, Section 10 Permits, Public Comments, Alternatives Analysis, Environmental Assessments, Section 7 Endangered Species Act Consultation, and Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act Consultation. Mr. Staudenmeier navigates the often-complex regulatory process by working with local, state, and federal agencies to obtain the necessary permits for his client’s projects.
