Mr. Oakley is a licensed Professional Engineer with a career focused on service to the public water and wastewater community. Experience includes: Water Treatment, Pumping and Distribution engineering; Wastewater Treatment, Pumping and Collection engineering. Engineering experience for projects identified herein includes: planning, design, and permitting, bidding phase support, and construction administration responsibilities with goals of providing value and cost efficiency to the Owner.
