Bio

Mr. Robert Livermore is a Vice President located in the Phoenix, Arizona office. He oversees CEC’s Arizona operations, which consists of offices in Phoenix, Tempe and Tucson. He has more than 36 years of experience in the geological and environmental disciplines. Mr. Livermore is familiar environmental assessments, facility compliance audits, mine closure and construction management. He has conducted numerous subsurface soil exploration, environmental assessment, compliance audits, and contaminant remediation projects for numerous sectors. He has a strong geological background and has extensive experience in directing environmental services. Responsibilities have included the management and direction of a multidisciplinary staff of geologists, hydrogeologists, auditors, environmental engineers, and industrial hygienists. In addition, he has been an expert witness for RCRA related issues, conducted water resource evaluations, and water related issues to clients in the Southwest. He has conducted and directed numerous subsurface soil explorations, environmental assessments (Phase I/II), contaminant remediation projects, environmental compliance audit programs, and merger and acquisition/divestiture projects. Mr. Livermore is familiar environmental assessments, facility environmental health and safety (EH&S) compliance audits and construction management. He has led or participated in more than 50 major multimedia EH&S compliance audits to assess internal compliance with local, state and federal environmental standards.

Mr. Livermore principal focus in the last few years relates to major projects in the Mining and Metals sectors, working across the Project lifecycle. The majority of his work in recent years has been with the extractive industries with regional experience in Europe, Africa, Indonesia, Latin America, the US, and Canada. He has also been involved in various capacities at gold, copper, molybdenum, lead/zinc, and other mining assets in North America for the last seven years.

Mr. Livermore has directed numerous compliance audit and environmental assessments in the Western U.S. for mining, manufacturing, semiconductor, power sector, developers, and law firms. Responsible for developing technical teams, project execution, report review and delivery for over 50 EHS audits and compliance related matters in the last few years.
