Ryan P. Minor, P.E. is a seasoned Project Manager with over 14 years of experience in civil engineering. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware and is a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Ryan has undergone extensive training in Project Management, Roadway and Traffic Signal Design, ADA compliance, Pavement Design and E&S/PCSM best management practices. He is an active member of the American Society of Highway Engineers, demonstrating his commitment to professional development and industry standards.
