Bio

Sajjad Satvati has managed and performed geotechnical evaluations for public works, commercial, residential, and land development projects across the Midwest and Southwest. His expertise includes leading geotechnical efforts for design-build projects and the design of tailings storage facilities, dams, levees, retaining walls, shoring systems, shallow and deep foundations, pavements, providing earthwork and soil stabilization recommendations, and geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring.

Satvati is an active member of the Deep Foundations Institute (DFI) and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). He holds both master’s and doctorate degrees in geotechnical engineering from Iowa State University.
