Mr. Warnke is Survey Practice Lead for the Toledo Office and is a Professional Surveyor with more that 32 years of experience performing a variety of surveying services for both public and private sector clients. He has been responsible for overseeing crews measuring and collecting information for civil engineering design as well as completing survey layout for various construction projects, including sanitary sewer, storm sewer, roadway, etc. Mr. Warnke has performed various surveys including right-of-way, boundary, topographical and hydraulic surveys, roadway and subdivision layout, GPS and the remonumentation of government section corners.  Since being with CEC, Mr. Warnke has performed several ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys as well as overseeing control surveys and survey work for our landfill projects, which includes operational support for waste staking & remaining airspace, as well as certification surveys to support the cell and final cover construction for design grades for new landfill cells, as well as cell closures.
