Mr. Fisher is a Licensed Civil Engineer with experience in civil site design, subdivision layout, commercial site development, grading, stormwater management, and environmental permitting for a wide range of land development, infrastructure, utility, and transportation projects across the Mid-Atlantic Region. He is skilled in leading permitting and design efforts, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating with regulatory agencies, and delivering efficient, compliant, high-quality engineering solutions. Mr. Fisher’s background includes subdivision planning and roadway networks, commercial site grading and utility design, hydrologic/hydraulic studies, bridge and drainage design, SWPPP/BMP development, LID features, and FEMA floodplain documentation. He brings a strong track record of mentoring junior engineers, managing multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining effective client relationships from project concept through construction.
