With more than 45 years of experience in civil engineering, Steve brings expertise in water distribution and transmission, wastewater collection and treatment, dam rehabilitation, floodplain management, stormwater drainage systems, and transportation and infrastructure design.

He has major project experience across the U.S., including hurricane recovery efforts, dive inspections, and large-scale drainage, water and wastewater improvements. His leadership and technical skills have made a lasting impact on both public and private sector initiatives.
