Tim has experience leading and managing environmental compliance and permitting for projects across a range of sectors, including transportation, energy, telecommunication, and private development. Tim has led and supported jurisdictional wetland and stream delineations, Clean Water Act (CWA) Section 404/401 permitting, compensatory mitigation planning, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation, Endangered Species Act (ESA) evaluations, and GIS mapping for both private and public-sector clients.

His expertise includes NPDES permitting and stormwater management, including the preparation of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) report documents and overseeing SWPPP-compliance inspections at project sites. Tim’s experience includes conducting and managing Phase I and Phase II environmental due diligence site assessments pursuant to EPA All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI) and the American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM).
