Bio

Mr. Volchko is a Project Manager with more than 21 years of experience in land development. He has successfully guided projects from inception to completion while coordinating and communicating with a number of different entities – from public utilities contractors to governmental agencies in nearly a dozen states.

Due to his background in surveying, Mr. Volchko is capable of looking at a project from the standpoint of both a surveyor and a professional civil engineer. This valuable insight allows him to discover potential problems or cost-saving solutions, helping to ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget.

Mr. Volchko earns his clients’ trust by working closely with them throughout the design and construction process. He ensures that all aspects of his designs are satisfactory to both the client and the applicable municipality.
