Mr. Murphy has over 45 years of experience in land surveying and currently serves as the Surveying Practice Lead for the Naperville office of Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC). He is primarily responsible for the coordination and management of land surveyors, office technicians, field technicians, surveying projects, including Highway Plats for the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), Land Title Surveys, subdivision platting, dedication documents, cadastral surveys, research, and analysis.

Mr. Murphy’s background in boundary surveys, site development, and construction also reinforces the CEC Surveying Practice. Mr. Murphy has compiled this professional experience working in the Chicago metropolitan area, as well as northwest Indiana and southern Wisconsin. The clients served include government agencies, residential, office, commercial and industrial developers, and individual landowners.
